A 55-year-old female patient suffered spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage. It was diagnosed with a tiny ruptured aneurysm on the basilar tip artery by DSA. Then the patient underwent coil embolization procedure for the ruptured aneurysm. During the procedurae, it was found to be a wide-necked aneurysm, and the double microcatheter technique was used to fill two coils. The final angiography showed the complete occlusion of the aneurysm.
