Mr. Lepold Plowiecki (1942-present), a Polish Jew, founded Balt Extrusion Company in Montmorency, north of Paris, France, in 1977, using the name of his hometown in Poland.

With its commitment to an "innovation-driven culture," Balt has developed several breakthrough technologies that have made a significant contribution to the development of the field of neuro interventions since its establishment. For example, the following global first products.

I always have a great time with many physicians in the interventional neuroradiology department. Part 4 Balt in China

In June 2018, Balt set up a branch in Beijing. In order to benefit Chinese patients, Balt China will provide Chinese physicians with better treatment technologies and products. In addition, Balt China will jointly develop and promote intravascular therapy concepts and technologies.
