Study Design

Prospective, global, consecutive enrollment registry of anterior circulation AIS in patients with LVO undergoing treatment with interventional techniques using SNV devices for the first pass.

(a) Stent Retriever Classic (Trevo® + BGC)

(b) Stent Retriever Combination (Trevo® + Aspiration ± Pump + BG or LS) and

(c) Direct Aspiration (Aspiration Catheter ± Pump + BG or LS)

 

 

Conclusions: 

All 3 techniques showed at least 52.3% mRS 0-2 . Good outcomes were not impacted by technique, however, the study was not powered to demonstrate statistical significance.

SR + BGC had a significantly higher rate first pass TICI 2c+ compared to SR Combo & DA and a higher proportion of early response.

Primary procedural outcome data is 100% Core Lab adjudicated for all available images.
